Terms

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night accommodation. You can also cancel a booking within 24 hours of initially making the booking without charge.
  • Confirmed bookings will not be refunded for unused nights.
  • We have a maximum booking duration of 7 nights stay within a 12 month period.
  • When booking beds in shared dorm rooms, we cannot guarantee that all guests will be staying in the same room. We suggest booking private rooms if you don’t want to be separated.
  • Check-in time is 2pm each day. Check-out time is 10am, except for deluxe rooms (apartments) where check-out time is 12pm.
  • Valid identification is necessary. We accept a Passport, Photo ID and / or Driver’s License. Management will refuse entry to persons without valid identification.
  • We accept payment on arrival by cash or debit/credit card.
  • Group bookings may be required to pay a security deposit on arrival of up to 200 Euro, depending on the size of the group.
  • Inappropriate behaviour will result in eviction from the premises with no refund.
  • For security reasons some common areas are under video surveillance.
  • Phone bookings require a card payment of 10% of booking value.
  • Management has the right to refuse admission.
